How do I set Monetra to automatically settle?

  1. Start Monetra Client
  2. Login. If you don't commonly use the Monetra Client, use the username and password your integrating application uses to process cards.
  3. Click "Admin"
  4. Click "Scheduler"
  5. Click "Add"
  6. Click "By Day"
  7. Ensure Cron Command is "Settle"
  8. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and Click the days of the week you would like to have Monetra settle a batch. They should stay highlighted.
  9. Under Cron Time enter a time in 24 hour format. You should aim for approximately 15 minutes to an hour after you will make your last possible transactions for the day.
  10. Click "Add"
  11. Click "Ok"
  12. You should see an entry now of type "Settle"
